Due to the nature of car detailing products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened or used chemical products

  • items unsealed for safety or hygiene reasons

  • customised or made-to-order products

  • perishable goods


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • contact us as soon as possible

  • provide photos where applicable

We will:

  • offer a replacement, repair, or refund

  • cover reasonable return shipping costs


6. Return Shipping

6.1 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty

  • the item was sent in error

6.2 We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7.2 If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

7.3 Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

Due to the specialist nature of detailing products:

  • you must follow all instructions and safety guidance

  • you must test products on a small, inconspicuous area before full use

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • damage caused by misuse

  • incorrect application

  • incompatibility with surfaces


9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact us.
